Here are the basic steps to a facial, the difference in name and price of
our facials is with the products selected for the skin type and desired
outcome.
The Basic Steps to a Facial
· Thorough cleansing with cotton pads or sponges and a product
chosen for your skin type.
· Skin analysis with a magnified lamp and or a woods lamp.
· Exfoliation using a product with a gritty texture and/or soft
brush usually while steam vapor is directed at your face. Some facials may
use steamed towels instead.
· Some facials include extraction of blackheads and/or whiteheads
if you need it.
· Facial massage to relax and stimulate the skin and facial
muscles.
· A facial mask designed for your particular skin type.
· Application of a toner
· Application of protective crèmes.
