Cancellation Considerations & Policy

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to
your appointment for changing and paperwork

A $35 fee will be charged for all returned
checks

Prices, packages and services are subject to
change without notice

MC, VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, Debit are gladly
accepted

We accept SpaFinder, Joy of Spa, and ManiPedi
Me Spa cards and most other pre-paid spa cards. Please advise us of
your gift card prior to your service. These cards are for service
use only and may not be used for gratuities, products, or salon
services. Card must be surrendered at the time of service. Full
amount must be used or surrendered, no cash back

Gratuities are not included in any of our
pricing. but are greatly appreciated. A 15% gratuity will be added
to any party of 3 or more

Spa Packages and Parties of three or more are
reserved with a credit card or gift card

A cancellation notice of 72 hours is required
for parties or services of three or more. If 72 hour notice is not
received the credit card will be charged for total cost of all
services

We reserve the right to end any service at full
cost, due to improper conduct.

Very important information regarding your pre-paid spa service
card. Please read thoroughly.
Treat your gift card like cash.
We will not assume responsibility if your card is lost or
stolen.
Dharma spa service cards may be purchased for specific Spa Services
and packages ONLY. Salon service cards may be purchased from
individual stylist.
Spa Service Cards expire 1 year after purchase date, no refunds, no
extensions, no exceptions.
Purchase
and/or use of any gift card at Dharma Day Spa & Salon implies
acceptance of these terms.
