We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your
appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session. Your
consideration of other clients’ time is appreciated.

Spa packages and parties of three or more must
be reserved with a credit card or gift card.

A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required
for spa packages and parties of three or more. If 24 hour notice is
not received the credit card will be charged of the total cost of
service and /or gift card redeemed.

Gratuities are not included in any of our
services.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned
checks.

If you experience discomfort or pain during any
session please notify your practitioner immediately so adjustments
can be made.

Our practitioners are licensed therapist, not
medical doctors; any bodywork should not be a substitute for medical
examination and/or diagnosis.

Because body treatments should not be preformed
under certain medical conditions, all medical questions should be
answered truthfully.

Occasionally your medical condition or needs
may change, keep your practitioner advised of any updates.

Any illicit or sexual remarks or advances made
will result in immediate termination of your session, and you will
be liable for full payment of the scheduled services.
